Polkadot / Kusama
- The first Polkadot OpenGov Fellowship whitelisted root call on Kusama has been enacted. This involved the coordination of two separate referenda with two separate governance bodies each using their own optimistic turnout/approval curves. For the first time in Kusama history, two governance bodies voted in a simultaneous and coordinated way to approve an on-chain proposal and help improve the overall network.
- OmniBTC has won the 34th Polkadot parachain auction. OmniBTC is an omnichain financial platform for web3,including omnichain swap and BTC omnichain lending.
- Polkadot 0.9.34 has been released. This is a runtime-only release, no new node software is included.
- Statemint is a generic assets parachain that allows the deployment and transfer of assets (both fungible and non-fungible tokens) and serves as the fundamental infrastructure that enables the Polkadot ecosystem to communicate with the rest of the on-chain and off-chain environment.

Acala / Karura
- Support for the Acala parachain has been rolled out by the great team at DEX Screener. Acala users can now use Dex Screener for realtime DEX trends, analytics, and charts.
- aUSD / GLMR will be the first farm for Pulsar’s concentrated liquidity beta launch from the StellaSwap team.
- The Acala engineering team has delivered a new open-source tool for the Polkadot ecosystem. “Chopsticks” is a testing client that allows developers to fork a Substrate mainnet for testing that can simulate the same environment as the mainnet. Read more.
Energy Web
- The Energy Web Community is excited to explain the next steps for staking in detail! Staking EWT tokens will provide cybersecurity for Energy Web’s solutions starting with Green Proofs.
- Energy Web is now available on Amazon’s marketplace. Making its services more accessible for enterprise users is the first step towards Energy Web as-a-service.
Phala / Khala
- Referenda #67, proposing the launch of StakePoolV2 and Vault has passed on Phala. The App V2 beta testing is currently undergoing and there will be a complex on-chain update in a few days.
Dock
- Dock’s Web3 ID has been voted as the ‘#1 Web3 Product of The Week’ on Product Hunt.
- Dock Blockchain’s EVM compatibility has taken the next step. Enabling bidirectional communication, EVM smart contracts can now read data like DIDs, revocation statuses, and accumulator values on Dock Blockchain and verify credentials & signatures from DIDs. Read more.
Litentry / Litmus
- The LIT / USD trading pair became live on Coinbase and CoinbasePro. LIT token is the utility asset of the Litentry Network that provides access to the network’s features including governance, staking, and identity linking.
Interlay / Kintsugi
- The emergency proposal to recover the Kintsugi parachain after the recent incident has passed and been enacted. The technical post-mortem report is available here.

- OAK Founder and CEO Chris Li was interviewed by Polkaworld about the importance that OAK’s on-chain automation will play in web3.

- Moonbeam is pleased to collaborate with Bifrost and tap into Polkadot’s built-in cross-chain composability, bringing new services to users across parachains.
- LayerZero Labs is sponsoring different bounties in the Illuminate/22 Hack by Moonbeam. Including governance, DeFi, & other feature-specific challenges for building cross-chain use cases. Details.
- A new course is available in the Moonbuilders Academy, “Building Cross-Chain Interconnected Apps with Moonbeam”. With this curriculum, developers will learn and build cross-chain DApps that unify functionality from many chains.
